#27 Four Worlds
Hanging out with different people feel like going to different worlds. Today, I've kind of entered 4 of my worlds: Tuition, mehmeh, class, and family. It had been a pretty long day and quite a lot of thoughts were going through my mind, emo ones included, but I shan't talk about them.
Tuition
As usual, Saturday starts with tuition with that kid, whom I referred to as YX. Let me make a correction, he's actually IS, not YX. Anyway, he was especially happy today because he would not be having his violin lesson. He dislikes learning violin because he's forced to do it. I don't know, but learning music is suppose to be fun, no? I've never did so before so I'm not sure. In some sense, I'm kind of jealous someone his age gets to learn the violin, but I won't want to be forced to do so. Anyway, as a kid, his Saturday is super packed. He has English tuition, and without a break comes violin lesson. I'm not sure what time, but he will have swimming lesson after that.
Today, my stomach was a little upset because, according to my father, excessive vomiting had caused injuries to my stomach and I need some sort of Chinese medicine to heal it. So, stomach upset = anger problem. I raised my voice at him again.
Anime Fest
So this is how it went: I planned to go to AFA (Anime Fest Asia) with Guang Yi on Sunday, but my group's production recce changed to Sunday, so we rescheduled the AFA to today. Joey tweeted about the AFA, so I asked her to come along, and she agreed, and so, Guang Yi, Joey, and I went together. It's quite rare when two of my worlds come together. I only remember a few instances.
Anyway, we saw lots of pretty cool stuff. Wanted to capture everything into the camera but I just wasn't fast enough.

The guy at the top was colouring the sculpture thing. The one on the right was the artist for a picture I bought :)
Bought lots of stuff as well, most of them sold cheap.

By the way, we saw quite a lot of "familiar faces". I think Joey and Guang Yi both saw their friends. I saw only Wai Meng, but that is coincidence enough for me. Why am I not surprised that he came here for May`n?

Ahma's Birthday
I feel so unfilial because I haven't seen ahma for quite a long time. It's her birthday celebration today, and I can't help but feel so happy when I see her smile so brightly and happily with all my extended family celebrating her birthday.
Happy 80th birthday!
Ahma is my only surviving grandparent, so I should appreciate her more. She's pretty cool too, trying to do random poses in photos. I've always thought that elderlies only have one default pose. *Prejudice*
Childhood locations
It's been so long since I've been to grandma's house. Walked pass lots of childhood locations. It had been such a long time since my siblings and cousin just met up, bought bubbletea, and went to sit at some playground or play catching or something. I kind of miss those a little but it's impossible now. Anyway, my cousin has just entered the army and I'm kind of drifting away from him and my brother as well. Maybe one day I should take pictures and collate them for some journal thing which can help me reminisce in the future :)
