These three days had been irritating for me, as in things were not so good, not because of circumstances, but because of a stupid test -.- I didn't need to study anything in my course, but I had to study for my diploma plus (applied psychology), which was full of terms = full of memorising. On top of that, I had to rush my column article and a script's first draft. The thing is, memorising really isn't a very nice thing to do. It's like squeezing into trains that are obviously full. It feels that way. So somehow it just ruins my whole mood.
But anyway, the highlight of these few days, sadly, is just some random meet-ups with the mehmehs. Met up with Ru Wen and Wei Jian after one million years, but I'm satisfied with that. Asking to meet up with the others, honestly speaking, is asking for the impossible. Sometimes I just feel so low on their list of priorities. I would've made time for them.
Nothing much went on the rest of the days, except that Thursday was the National Day and Lee Kuan Yew is alive, contrary to myths. Seeing his face makes me realise how big an achievement it is to build a country to this state. He must feel so proud. Must be good. This year's national day seemed to have a bigger impact than usual, despite me still not knowing what the NDP song was.
Yesterday was the last lesson from Ms Fei Wan and she only taught this
module, so it was goodbye. She wanted to treat us to drinks, but somehow
we didn't respond, so the treat kind of got cancelled. Since we ended early, we went to have ice cream instead. Some of them were dramatically reading sexual scenes from Fifty Shades of Grey aloud o.o
Met up with Guang Yi and Ru Wen after that again, even though Ru Wen have exam today.
Removed portion. It's nice to pretend negative stuff aren't there.
