I reread my March post to see where I left off, and I wrote 'here's to brighter days'. Guess what? Brighter days did come. This month passed by relatively quickly despite it being kind of the hell-period of this course. Every single day was really tiring because we had outfield lessons under the scorching sun. I grew rashes and the medical officer said that it was because I did not change my clothes often after sweating so much. My platoon mates didn't have the same problem because the amount of sweat I secrete is crazy, and the amount they secrete is not. #perspirationproblems

Anyway, by brighter days, I didn't just mean days spent under the sun. I also meant that things got a lot better and I guess I made new friends with most of my coursemates, which is a really good thing because it changed everything about my mentality. Although it is damn tiring, sometimes this whole thing was quite fun.

And then last weekend, I met up with Guang Yi, Zi Xing, Wei Jian, Joshua, and Han Hui for awhile. The former three and I met up first for some orgasm-inducing ramen, and then we headed to Wei Jian's house to watch some videos from Youtube on his TV. Watched some really messed up videos as well as some interesting ones. When Joshua and Han Hui reached his house, we decided to play Fatal Frame 2 on Wei Jian's new(?) ps2. Unfortunately, I had to go off before they got to the scary part.

Right after that, I went to meet up with CX before going to Jezebel's birthday party together, but then I realise I've forgotten the dress code, and there's no way I was going to wear t-shirt and berms to a formal-ish party, so I quickly bought a whole set, which I don't regret.

It took a long time before we all, namely CX, Cheryl, her boyfriend, Joanne, her boyfriend, Elijah and I to find reach the location. The party itself was fun. Drinks, drinking games, sexual talk, Jez's dog, not vomiting, funny dares, etc. The downside is that I didn't get enough sleep and Monday was pretty painful for me, but it was worth it.

On a side note, I'm really happy that Game of Thrones is back, and I can't wait to see Sansa turn dark. It's always fun to watch characters become evil.
