Just a random thing that i "drew" in photoshop.
I'm not going to be a hypocrite anymore, and i'm also trying to destroy that overly self-conscious side of me and learn to love myself more than i already do.
A person cannot be on two boats at once. You can put on leg in each boat, but you'll fall once the two boats separate. Heard this somewhere.
Had english and maths o level papers so far.
English compo, the free-writing i wrote about "leadership". Wrote this story whereby there are two teachers; Amy and Sally. Amy is a capable but dishonest and superficial person whereas Sally is an incapable, direct but honest person with moral values. I compared these teachers throughout the compo and made Sally feel sad about being unpopular. It was only at the end that she found out that being popular is unimportant, but good leadership is. Didn't have time to describe more for my conclusion, so it ended quite abruptly :( And i did mention the link between teachers and leaders. So, hopefully can get the marks. For situational writing, i chose the "fun-and-food fair" because it was less risky, and it would be enjoyable and make the students understand the purpose of forking out money for the fund-raising event and stuff. Then compre was about honey and bee. So, they were asking whether "the great warm light" is sun or sunlight. I wrote sun out of luck and some people said that sun is the answer.
Maths. They were both ok. Think i can score quite well. But today's graph question was difficult. The scale was abit weird and the curve was abit dissimilar to the ones that i had practiced on :( I spent like 25 minutes of 3 marks :( But i still had time. Rushed like mad for the first one hour, slowed down and completed all questions in 2 hours, except for graph. Spent 25 min on graph and just totally gave up on the rest of the parts except for the last part whereby they asked why it's not adviced for the person to extend the graph. So, lost 6 marks. Spent remaining 5 minutes checking through, and luckily i did for i spent these 5 minutes doing a 2-marks question which was more worth it than the graph.
Friday is science chem. Tomorrow no paper. So, tomorrow = intensive science revision (including bio, but esp. chem because there'll be not enough time to study for bio the day before it comes)
So, all the best for our revisions and exams.
