The amount of stuff we carry around
So, it ended! We finally wrapped last Monday (16th December) and I only got around to write about it now. But it ended!!
The final days of production had been really tough, being out in the field and all. The sun, the people, and the amount of stuff we have were crazy. So when the director said "收工了" ("it's a wrap"), everyone erupted into cheers.
We became a happy mob and went around taking photos and eating pizzas and chicken wings and drinking beer, and thrashing all the unimportant props. As you can see from the above picture, part of our props, the placards were thrown on the floor. We did some jumpshots on them before tearing and crushing them.
And there was this green stick that served as an eyeline for a bunch of calefares - I javelined that away. Had to run there and pick it up though :(
There was a celebration that night and a few of us got drunk. I almost did, but I didn't. It was quite amusing.
I would do a reflection on what I've learnt, except that I don't feel like it. So, that's it! The end.
