Had a Christmas dinner with my family today. It was a rare thing because my family never celebrated Christmas. So, we went to shop for food to prepare for the dinner in the afternoon. Instead of a turkey, we got a chicken. Then we used cheaper food items like fruits and instant pizza. We even went to the extent of using hard-boiled eggs that my sister had forgotten to eat as one of the dishes. We also used a beer-like drink that my sister had brought home from a party yesterday. Bought a very small cake, decorated the fruits and chicken and then placed some chocolates on the table and this was the dinner. Even though the food wasn't extraordinary, the experience was :)

Though my grandpa and sister were absent from the dinner, it was a rather merry Christmas.
