I always fail in doing practicals, be it chem or bio or FN. And i seriously lost my confidence in cooking already. Despite practicing cooking for a few times just for FN purposes, and i tried making oats cookies, i did really badly for FN practical today. Oats cookies turn out looking like some lao sai, like those liquid liquid kind of faeces. And then my macaroni sauce turned up becoming something like mashed potato, except it doesnt taste like marsh potato. It would've become something like rubber if jasmine and syahindah didn't step in to help, especially jasmine. Younice also helped me.

I think after memorising stuff like mad for chinese exams, i will start drilling information related to FN practical into my head. :( Perhaps i'm just not good at certain hands-on, but i'm sure not all. Anyway, i was really pissed at all the screams and shouts during FN practical today. Like, just cook wrong or didn't hear stuff only get so agitated -_-

Anyway, chinese intensive wasn't so intensive, and i wouldn't want it to be either. For once, i was able to focus fully despite the noise, and i even picked up phrases to use! :D
